From project development to property management
Until the middle of 2008 Accentis specialised in project development and property management for third parties. The focus was on office premises and residential property. In taking over the semi-industrial property portfolio from an exchange-listed industrial group, the centre of gravity shifted from the former activities to active management of our own portfolio. All non-core activities were hived off.
Operational and strategic property management
Today the main emphasis is on managing and commercialising the existing portfolio. Alongside this we carry out an active buying and selling policy with a view to creating added value in support of sustainable growth. Thus we also have a strategic ground reserve which can be developed either for ourselves or for third parties.
Semi-industrial property in Europe
Our current Portfolio consists mainly of strategically-located, semi-industrial property in Belgium, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Slovakia. The sites which are still available can be found in the ‘I am looking for…’ section.
