Extraordinary and Special General Meetings
An Extraordinary General Meeting may be convened at any time to consider and decide on any issue within its authority and which does not involve any change to the Articles of Association.
A Special General Meeting may also be convened at any time to consider and decide on any change to the Articles of Association in the presence of a notary public.
Extraordinary General Meetings are held in the headquarters of the company or in the municipality where the company has its headquarters. Special General Meetings may be held anywhere in Belgium.
Convening occurs in accordance with the provisions of Article 533 of the Company Code. It will also be announced on this page and on the home page of this website. Proxy forms will be made available in each instance at the appropriate time.
