Annual General Meetings
The Annual General Meeting of shareholders occurs each year on the final Friday of April at 11.00. Should this day be a public holiday, the meeting will be held on the next following working day.
Convening occurs in accordance with the provisions of Article 533 of the Company Code. It will also be announced on this page and on the home page of this website. Proxy forms will be made available in each instance at the appropriate time.

De aandeelhouders worden uitgenodigd om deel te nemen aan de gewone algemene vergadering van aandeelhouders van de vennootschap, welke zal gehouden worden op vrijdag 30 april 2010, om 11.00u op de zetel van de vennootschap, Ter Waarde 21, 8900 Ieper.
