Statutory thresholds
In Article 5 of the company’s Articles of Association the threshold for notifying a participating interest was established at 5%, and every multiple of 5%.

For notification the CBFA recommends using the standard TR-1 BE form. You may download it at the bottom of this page. It is also available on the CBFA website.
Notifications must be submitted both to Accentis NV and to the CBFA. Notifications to Accentis can be sent electronically to investor.relations@accentis.com.
