Mr Guido Dumarey and Mrs Brigitte Dumolyn control Creacorp NV.
Creacorp NV controls Punch International NV. They hold a direct and indirect interest in Accentis of 23.76% (0.62% via Punch International NV, 22.56% via Creacorp NV and 0.58% via a direct participating interest).
The threshold for notifying a participating interest was established in Article 5 of the Articles of Association at 5%.
