Independent Director
OVS CV, with Hubert Ooghe as permanent representative, is an independent director. He was appointed by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 28 April 2006 and is an independent director in the sense of the criteria of Article 524 § 4 of the Company Code.
Chairman
De Speyebeek NV, with Christophe Desimpel as permanent representative, acts as chairman of the Board of Directors.
